If it's just one hole and you really dont want to drill it, I'd highly recommend going one size down (1/16" or 5/64") and helical ramping in. Saving tool changes doesn't help when your endmills keep popping off due to poor chip evacuation. I'm using a solid carbide stub drill ~.170" dia, drilling @ 14,000 rpm, .500" deep, at 85 IPM.
