Most of the truly toxic stuff comes from a small pool of toxic players that we simply ignore and/or ban. Armored Warfare still has some pretty amazing dedicated guys supporting it and I think there's still some hope that AW will in the end get better based on the fact that there are still some options left for improvement (such as Steam).
