If you look at your world map you'll see your in borean tundra. Now look at the map I have linked you and follow it. Using the zone list provided levels 68-80 is basically a do it yourself. Head to Borean Tundra and hunt the Rhinos, they spawn fast and there is plenty of them. As soon as you are level 400 in skinning you are ready to farm Borean Leather in Sholazar Basin. Almost all mobs here can be skinned, so it won't be too difficult to reach 425 to train Illustrious Grand Master.

While farming these in the Blistering Pool, in Borean Tundra, I found that once my bags are almost full, say 10 or so slots free, looting them does not make them appear in your bags. Cleaning up the bags, ie selling hoary crystals etc, allows the looted items to start appearing in the bags again. So it would be best to keep your bags clean.

They are generally even though Howling Fjord has a few more known node locations than Borean Tundra. Solid locations cinlude the northern areas of Howling Fjord where Gjalerbron is located and all along the two peninsulas in the south. Mine Cobalt until you reach level 400 and can start mining Saronite in earnest.
