Yep, you have to use pneumatic tools with plenty of air behind it. You can do some serious metal removel with a 4" electric grinder but any precision work needs a 1/4" straight and/or 90° die grinder. Metal burrs will take off metal fast. Followed by sanding rolls and disks. I'm not a fan of stones on a die grinder.
