I am looking for some expert help establishing a method to finish 25 to 75 small bores in some tooling we make. The bore is a thru hole and is 0.096 X .375 long. The hole tolerance is +.0000 -.0005. I don't use grinding points all the time so I always use them in my cordless drill which is well within the maximum operating speed of 22,000 RPM. Using a faster rated die grinder would be more efficient though. This cylinder shape is very handy for enlarging existing holes in metal.
