Thanks! Concrete always leaches some lime. It shouldn't leach enough to cause problems in the garden. The only way to neutralize it is with something acidic. I don't have any real ideas for this other than trying a fertilizer for acidic plants (azaleas, etc), or amending the soil with something that is naturally acidic (pine/redwood duff).
