Use the custom form tool you made earlier to make the cavities, and mill out a sprue. Make and attach a sprue cutter, handles and hinges. Polish the cavities. Look at commercial ball molds, and take inspiration. Personally, I would stick to one caliber for now. If you have time, make a gang mold, rather than more calibers.

These are typically used for cutting thin rib slots and cleaning up sidewalls of mold cavities for injection molding setups, but also work for this kind of thing for finish passes where you're only removing ~.05" axially and taking 0.01" step-overs.
